23- Where were you when you went into labor? at our house in Idaho

24- Did your water break? The doctor broke it in the hospital. They charged us like $10 for the little hooky thing to do it too.
(wondering what happened to #25???)
26- Did you go early or late? I was due on the 17th and I had Audrey on the 20th

37- Did the baby have any complications? absolutely none- it was so amazing and such a blessing
38- How old is your baby today? 4 months
39- When is the next one coming? not for a little while- whenever we feel it's right
40- If you could would you do it all over again? It was the greatest thing ever- I definitely will do it again!

Quick quick! Update!

I'm going to try and update real fast- the baby is sleeping still! A miracle! We are doing so good! Thomas is super busy with school and work and MissionShoe. He is taking a music theory class that is giving him some challenges (i.e. he has to actually study hard) and MissionShoe is starting to take off again. His work at Allstate is going SO well and is such a blessing for us. I am doing accompanying again on campus, and that is going very well so far and should help out a lot. Mary Kay is going fantastically- I absolutely love it!

I am adjusting to the snow- with varying degrees of success. I've got the shoveling thing down- it's hard in the dark though. Scraping my car is coming along- I had a very learning experience yesterday and I am committed to working harder at actually scraping my car off. :) The cold is ok- as long as I dress real warm and stay inside when I can- it's actually bearable. We went sledding with our good friends and neighbors the Gibsons last Saturday, and that was super fun- I had never been! Infamous last words from Thomas: just go one more time with me- down that one over there? I told him- no bumps. I hate the bumps. He said- oh, no there aren't any on this one. Halfway down the hill- oops- there's a bump. I start yellin at him- Thomas, why'd you tell me there weren't any bumps- THAT'S a bump! And somewhere as I'm saying this we go over it and I landed hard and wrong on my tailbone. I don't remember the rest of the trip down the hill- but I remember that Thomas thought I was laughing when I was actually crying because it hurt so bad. But it's getting better- nothing broken, just very sore. Bending and things is hard still, but I can stand from a sitting position without much discomfort now.

Audrey is so good! She is SUPER cute and gets more so every day. She is four months old now, and she loves to talk and laugh (her daddy is best at getting her to laugh) and grab her toes and she is really close to rolling over. She can almost sit up without help, but she's still learning about this balance thing. I don't blame her- if my head was as big as hers proportionally, then I'd have trouble balancing too!

Music Game

I seem to like stealing these from people's facebooks. Oh well- at least it gives me some lame excuse not to clean the house while the baby is napping... Some of these are kind of eclectic, and I had to cheat a little cuz I have a lot of classical on my iPod and... there aren't words to those. :(

Step 1: Put your music player on shuffle.

Step 2: Post the first line from the first 20 songs that play, no matter how embarrassing.

Step 3: Bold the songs when someone guesses both artist and song title correctly.

Step 4: Looking them up on Google or any other search engine is CHEATING!

1. I'm counting on you- you gotta know the time has come to follow through.
2. Could you let down your hair, just be transparent for a while- just a little while?
3. Falling leaves drift by my window, the autumn leaves of red and gold.
4. Don't go changin' to try to please me, you never let me down before.
5. We were just another band out of Boston, on the road to try to make ends meet.
6. Sorry I never told you all I wanted to say, and now it's too late to hold you, cuz you've flown away, so far away...
7. My time on earth, long as it seems, is just a moment in the grand scheme of things.
8. Fire and rain is my favorite song, I say a prayer at 11:11, I could watch old movies all night long, I'm not sure about hell, but I know there's a heaven.
9. Oh, H8 is the one for me, it gives me all I need, helps me co-exist with the chill.
10. Every week it comes round with a feel like New Year's Eve.
11. I'm walkin a wire, feels like a thousand ways I could fall.
12. This one'll never sell; they'll never understand.
13. Look at this photograph- ever time I do it makes me laugh.
14. Tommy found his Daddy's gun and Joey'd never seen one, a real cowboy all dressed up as he held it in his hands.
15. Let me fall, let me climb, there's a moment when fear and dream must collide.
16. One wound up punch of intuition lays flat my whole take on us.
17. Along life's road, there will be sunshine and rain, roses and thorns, laughter and pain.
18. Harry Truman, Doris Day, Red China, Johnny Ray, South Pacific, Walter Winchell, Joe DiMaggio.
19. Lo-o-o-ove! Don't be afraid to love and get love returned.
20. I play nights in the Spanish part of town; I got music in my hands.
