He is here!!!
Born Thursday, May 6 at 3:12pm. 7lbs 15oz, 19.5 inches long. Everyone is doing great! Ethan is a good eater and (so far) a pretty decent sleeper between feedings. He is getting cuter every day and we love having four of us!
Audrey didn't like Ethan at all at first. She loves him now, but she didn't at first. She came to see us in the hospital and she didn't like it at all.
Not sure if she was freaked out by the hospital or the baby or just the whole thing in general- but she is slowly getting better. She pretty much ignored him when we first brought him home, unless he cried- then she would say "Baby? Baby?"
After about a week she started being ok with him being around, and by now she LOVES her "buddy" but she doesn't know how to play with him as softly as she should!
Congratulations!!!! I hope labor/delivery/sleeping/everything else went or is going well. He's cute!
ReplyDeleteAww, MEGAN! They're BOTH so cute!!! Ethan has such a cute little head, too--not just because Audrey's had an experience with the plunger thing, but seriously, his head is beautiful (is that weird?).
ReplyDeleteAnd Audrey is so darling! I LOVE the picture of her peeking over the crib edge and the one where she's posing by his swing. SO cute. :D
Do you need any baby boy clothes? I've got boxes...really...
